Let me start by saying, I normally do not write reviews, but I had to do this one. Chris made it so easy for me to file my Notary documents. He is so knowledgeable. He processed my bond, administered the oath, gave me valuable information and made sure I had every document I needed in order to finalize the process of becoming a notary. Thank you Chris, you made what I was trying to do for the pass 2 days so much easier!

I had initially bought my bond from an online provider, but it had incomplete information and the county rejected it. With only a day left before my deadline to file I found Westside and they were able to issue me a bond same day and for more than half the price of what I initially paid. So accommodating! Highly recommend than these online places.

Due to Covid I received my notary commission a little over 60days after successfully passing my Notary Exam. Furthermore, the County clerks office is closed so you have to take your oath before a notary. I called westside bonds to purchase my required $15k notary bond. Mr. William Bailey ONLY charges $50 for 4 years, which includes same day service, FREE notary of oath, and FREE photo copies of required documents for county clerks office. William is a hidden Gem💎!!! He also has exceptional customer service...that is rare these days. Do yourself a favor and GO! Save 💰while supporting a small local business during these unprecedented times! BTW....he offers most services over the phone or Contactless.

I needed a civil bond and called Chris Bailey who was sharp, LISTENED VERY WELL and knew his field. He also apparently has lots of experience with all sorts of bonds because he knew what to ask me and then was able to say that he had a good idea which underwriter / company would issue a bond that would fit my specifics. He and his partners did that and more for me in less than one business day. Thanks Chris, what a relief and a pleasure working with you -- and I'll definitely recommend you to others!
